Additional mover for $40 per hour
Minimum 3 hour plus travel charges.
Travel charges are 1 hour for Lower Mainland &
Downtown Vancouver.
For distances further than noted, please ask for
the deals regarding travel.

| Under Social Assistance? We have done jobs for the Ministry before and there is no booking deposit required for Social Service Moves. We will fax in the quote and if the Ministry decides on us for the job, we will do a successful move for you. |
| Need help packing? We charge $35 per hour for one person, and $55 per hour for 2, plus packaging supplies, as well as itemizing your list for you. $30 per hour for concierge to setup the move for you |
| Storage Facilities? We will safely take your precious items to a storage facility, should the need arise for the situation. |
So You're Moving? Some things to consider before your move...with us!
Please take into account of truck sizes and parking options to move from one place to another. Remember
that the trucks or cargo van need to be able to fit or park near where we load and unload everything. This will
involve scoping out both locations and speaking with apartment management or city hall so that we can load
and unload safely, securely, and successfully.
As stated we can provide this added service for and we insist so that your move goes right. It is provided with
the aim of convenience and leisure and less worries for your personal property or your business property. It
is also easier for us if there is access to elevator and a staircase to move everything. However, if you live
where parking is not a nightmare, then surely do so yourself. We will need to meet with you and check both
locations and this is free. Take note if the planning yourself for the parking and other details, there could be
issues, mainly it taking way longer than needed, so please take thought into the measures.
If you can not figure this out our concierge to setup is simply $30 per hour ($55/hour for 2 & 75 per hour for 3
people). We can verify all details so that it is perfect and we insist on meeting ahead of time so that we can
scope both locations and make sure we can do the job with the right truck.

Please note that there is contingent for truck or cargo van to be able to access via driving into parking area
and the larger the size, the harder it is to maneuver. Also take into account so that our doors and ramps can
be setup and being able to get stuff in and out of the vehicle.
Areas around all doors need sufficient space to move things in and out of and space all around vehicle.

- make sure there is going to be parking available for the trucks (speak to the people needed at both
locations of move so that they leave space for you to have the truck parked, as close to the door as
possible, hence making the move a lot faster) - have all your items listed and packed (hence giving us a better idea on how to move everything)
- finding out the uses of elevators/stairs/doorways available for your move should you move to a
apartment/suite - take apart any large pieces of furniture as some pieces may have issues going through some
doorways, hence additional time required to move everything.
